A - The home will be built in our Modular Manufacturing Plant in Upton, PA. We welcome you to tour our plant to view our innovative construction methods.
Q - Does Foremost have a Floor Plan for Me?
A - We have included just a few of our most popular plans. When you visit our Sales Center, you will find our complete catalog of plans, offering design flexibility and customization. Each plan is carefully thought through to maintain architectural balance and value. Many of the plans offer porches, mudrooms, garages, sun rooms, extra family rooms and more.
Q - Can Foremost Provide Me a Basement or Crawl Space for My Home?
A - Yes. Foremost can provide you a Precast Foundation Wall through Precast Concrete – Superior Wall.
Q - What is the Deposit Requirement When Ordering a Home?
A - Foremost requires a minimum deposit of $4,000.00 to $6,000.00 depending on the features selected. The final house payment will be due (7) days after the customer receives the keys. The other payments for work such as panelized material packages for garages, mudrooms, etc. will be due at a later date.
Q - What is the Setup/Construction Time?
A - The house is delivered and set on customer’s foundation in (1) day. We should complete our work within (30) days.
Q - What Must the Homebuyer Provide in Order to "Complete" Their New Foremost Home?
A - Even though your new home will arrive up to 99% complete, the homebuyers is responsible for the following items in the completion of their new home. These include: Permits, Site Excavation, Foundation (ask for details), Crawl Space Stone and Footers, Utility Hookups, Water Heater, Septic, Trash Removal, Well, Brick, Porch Floor, Lawn Seeding, Landscaping, Fireplace, Wall Paper, Finish Painting and Portable Restroom.
